I, Rabindra Ghosh of HRCBM-Dhaka chapter, Bangladesh along with Adv. Shishir Kanti Majumder of HRCBM-Feni, Bangladesh proceeded to Brahmanbaria district on 8th of April,2003 at about 11.00 hours in the morning by Bus 140 kilometers from Dhaka and reached Brahmanbaria town at about 3-30 p.m. on receipt of information in the daily “Janakantha” dated 7th of March, 2003 that Bijoy Chandra Shil son of Late Makhan Chandra Shil of Shibpur village under Nabinagar P.S., Dist. Brahmanbaria was shot dead by some terrorists in the broad day light on 20.02.2003 and still the witnesses of murder case are being threatened by the terrorists.
